Elise Willeau is a Senior Consultant with the Bridgeway Group. Elise is a certified mediator, trainer, coach, facilitator, and consultant in negotiation, influence, communication, leadership, and relationship management. She is dedicated to helping people manage interpersonal relationships to create value in the public and private sectors.

She has extensive international experience working in multi-ethnic and inter-cultural environments, especially in low-resource or conflict-torn locations including cultural sensitivity training for U.S. military personnel. She was a recipient of the Insight Fellowship where she spent a year promoting the practice of productive conflict with development organizations and peace initiatives in Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, and Peru.

Elise has designed and/or delivered highly customized training programs for Fortune 500 companies, international institutions, as well as a range of small NGOs. Notable clients include several multinational corporations in technology and finance, the United Nations Development Programme, the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank. She currently serves as Deputy Project Manager of a multi-country capacity building program for the World Health Organization, helping member states to manage multisectoral collaboration efforts more effectively to combat antimicrobial resistance.

Elise graduated with a BA in Political Science and French from Wittenberg University, earned dual Masters degrees at Brandeis University in International Development and Conflict Resolution, and studied conflict management through the Harvard Mediation Program and Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, where she continues to work as a mediator and training assistant. She also teaches Negotiation and Leadership at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.
