Rob Rosen is a consultant with CMI Concord Group, CMPartners and The Bridgeway Group. His work focuses on negotiation, influence, leadership, inclusion, change management, and communications. He trains, advises and coaches clients in both the private and public sectors, including the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank Group, Fidelity Investments, the Inter-American Development Bank, General Mills, The Lawrenceville School, Noble & Greenough School, Cambridge Housing Authority, the United Nations Association of Greater Boston, a Peace Corps alumni association and other private and public sector clients.

Rob brings significant private sector experience to the firm, having spent the previous 23 years as a private equity investor and operating company executive. In his capacity as private equity investor, he originated acquisitions and investments, led due diligence investigations, raised equity and debt capital, negotiated transaction documents, chaired boards of directors, and led sale and divestiture processes. In addition to his work at established private equity firms with committed capital pools, he founded an independent sponsor firm where he completed three ‘platform’ acquisitions over a four year period.

As an operating company executive, Rob served as a CEO and held senior management positions in finance, marketing, business development, sales, operations, engineering, and logistics. He initiated, negotiated, and managed international alliance partnerships in Europe, Asia, and South America, led collective bargaining agreement negotiations, managed an enterprise software implementation project, and has been responsible for two company-wide cultural change initiatives.

Rob has negotiated agreements and overseen long-term projects with Fortune 500/Global 1000 companies including General Electric, ExxonMobil, Merck, Skanska, Royal Bank of Scotland, ABB, Kiewit, ThyssenKrupp, Holcim, Lafarge, Raytheon, Emerson Electric, URS, Enbridge, US Trust, Bombardier, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Evonik, and Voestalpine. He has also negotiated and overseen projects with all four branches of the US Military. His sector experience includes financial services, education services, consumer and industrial products, healthcare services, manufacturing, distribution, business and consumer services, software, and semiconductors. Rob received his AB from Dartmouth College and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
