Ricardo Perez Nuckel
Ricardo Perez Nuckel is a conflict management consultant, trainer, and trainer of trainers who is a Research Fellow and PhD candidate at the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne and Essec Business School in France.
In 2008, Ricardo was the Lead Facilitator for the CMPartners project in Timor Leste, and for the past five years, he has also been working as a trainer and trainer of trainers in Burundi in programs with the population, leaders, and the military.
Over the last nine years, Ricardo has been teaching courses in theoretical foundations of negotiation, negotiation, multilateral negotiation, facilitation, conflict management, and mediation. In that time, Ricardo has trained more than 4000 participants in business, political sciences and engineering schools, companies and public organizations, including the European Commission, the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Ricardo also served as Conferences Coordinator and then Trainings Coordinator for Essec Irene.
Ricardo has developed a multilateral negotiation simulation for the FAO and co-authored a paper on teaching multilateral negotiations through simulations. He also created the multilateral negotiation module for the European Commission.
Ricardo received a Masters in English and American Business Law from the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne, and an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Cergy. Ricardo is Honduran and German and is fluent in five languages (English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish).
