About the Bridgeway Group
Founded in 2005, the Bridgeway Group is a non-profit organization based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. We serve as an advisor and trainer for organizations and individuals on negotiation, conflict management, communication and leadership skills. The Bridgeway Group brings to organizations pragmatic methods, tools and skill sets developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project, CMPartners LLC, and in our twenty years of individual and collective practice.
The Bridgeway Group team members trace their origins to Professor Roger Fisher and to the Harvard Negotiation Project, founded by Professor Fisher in 1979. Since our founding, the Bridgeway Group's tools, techniques, teaching and advisory methods have proven effective among clients including international organizations, governments, and political parties in war-torn regions.
