The horrific death of George Floyd and the nationwide protests that his death catalyzed have laid bare the legacy of deep, systemic racial injustice that we struggle to confront in America. The Bridgeway Group stands with communities of color and all those fighting racism and seeking justice and pledges to contribute to the enduring change that must result from George Floyd’s unnecessary and unjust death – and the deaths of too many other Black Americans before him.

15 Years and Counting...
The Bridgeway Group is celebrating 15 years of supporting individuals and organizations in conflict-affected environments to develop more innovative ways to manage conflict. As we reflect on our history and our program work, we are excited to share our successes and tell you about our new direction. Thank you for your contribution to our mission!
Enabling Change. Building Peace.
The Bridgeway Group works in partnership with parties in conflict-affected regions to provide long-term capacity building for the effective, sustainable and non-violent management of social and community conflict.
Programs
Our programs are driven by our mission to improve conflict management capacity in individuals and organizations. Our work spans from working with local youth, building their negotiation capacity and civics skills, to training West African police on negotiation skills, to working with an international health organization to facilitate a multi-stakeholder dialogue process.
Affiliated Organizations
We partner with select organizations to improve achievement of our impact goals. Our affiliates are located within our community in Greater Boston Area and across the globe.
Resources
In complex conflict situations, no single party can achieve the desired end state: individuals and organizations need to work together. Acknowledging this reality, we strive to work with parties across political, economic, ethnic, religious, and other boundaries to build durable results.
